And it was a big surprise to me. The video is not long. But it is very well produced and it will get you thinking new thoughts about water and what we eat.

Water is our mail problem. If we don't build desalination plants to solve our water problems we will find we will not have enough water to drink but we will also not produce enough food to be able to feed our population let alone the world.
