The semiconductor issue is so important that Schumer could have gotten it passed as a single issue. Instead he pushed to attach other bills - which are good bills - but now that gives McConnell another obstruction opportunity. Just as with Obama, Moscow Mitch would sacrifice the welfare of Americans just so the opposition (Biden) can be seen as feckless. Power and politics over protecting the public. He is the third worst human on the planet.
